"My training philosophy centres on smart, intentional movement, focusing on consistency, progress, and long-term results rather than quick fixes or extreme approaches. I strive to create a welcoming and empowering space where women feel seen, supported, and inspired to trust their bodies.
Outside of training, I love to keep moving through dance and pilates, explore the outdoors, and spend quality time with friends and family. Helping women build confidence in their bodies and movements is what motivates me every day, both inside and outside the gym."
