Get to know Noel

Hi! My name is Noel Crowther, and I am a qualified personal trainer with both a Certificate III and IV in Fitness. I bring close to a decade of experience in weight training, high-level sport, and endurance-based cardio. I am passionate about helping people improve their overall health and wellbeing, with a strong focus on muscle gain, strength development, and sustainable weight loss. Outside of the gym, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially on camping and hiking adventures. Music is also a big part of my life, and I’m always happy to chat about the artists and tracks I’m currently listening to.

Hi, I'm Bethany, a qualified Personal Trainer with Certificates III and IV in Fitness. My journey began in pole dance and flexibility-focused training, and over time, I’ve developed a deep passion for helping women build strength, confidence and trust in their bodies through safe, effective and sustainable training. I love guiding clients to reach their goals while prioritising their long-term wellbeing and movement confidence. Although my specialty lies in flexibility and dance, I work with women of all fitness levels, ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time, returning after a break, or looking for a fresh challenge, I’ll provide the support, guidance, and encouragement you need to feel strong and capable in your body.

Hi, I’m Bailey, a personal trainer holding a CERT IV in Fitness with over a decade of personal gym experience and two years of coaching clients professionally. I specialise in power, strength, and rehabilitation, but my true passion is helping anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness. I live by the philosophy: “If you can’t find it, create it,” and I encourage my clients to adopt the same mindset, building solutions, habits, and progress tailored to them. Outside of the gym, I enjoy playing video games, exploring the outdoors on hikes, spending quality time with my dog, Jinx, and watching spooky movies. I bring the same energy, dedication, and curiosity I apply to fitness into everything I do, always striving to create meaningful, lasting results for myself and those I work with.

"My training philosophy centres on smart, intentional movement, focusing on consistency, progress, and long-term results rather than quick fixes or extreme approaches. I strive to create a welcoming and empowering space where women feel seen, supported, and inspired to trust their bodies.

Outside of training, I love to keep moving through dance and pilates, explore the outdoors, and spend quality time with friends and family. Helping women build confidence in their bodies and movements is what motivates me every day, both inside and outside the gym."

I love exploring new training methods and finding ways to keep exercise fun and engaging because maintaining motivation over time is essential.

What I find most rewarding as a trainer is witnessing the transformation in my clients, not just physically, but also in their confidence, mindset, and mental wellbeing. Fitness is something I am genuinely passionate about, and I love sharing that enthusiasm with the people I train."
